Tring to get something like this corrected quickly is not an easy task. Scott Kee and I have had some success with this, but it usually takes a couple of months for the stars to align. Long-time client was president of a small corporation and was issued a company credit card. She never signed a personal guarantee on the card (and never made personal charges against the card). The corporation went bankrupt (she was a minority shareholder) and the collection agency is chasing her and severely damaging her credit rating (she is in the midst of re-financing her home) and so she needs immediate help.  I suspect there are Fair Debt Collection Practices Act issues under state and federal law.  We would appreciate referral (or quick advice) to experienced counsel.  Many thanks.
