[WSBARP] receiverships

[Douglas W. Scott]

Client has a second deed of trust on a house in Pierce County.  The first DOT is foreclosing. Owner has failed to put the house on the market and the trustee's sale date is approaching. I am considering commencing a receivership in order to get the house sold since there is equity. Anyone willing to share forms or ideas on this?
