So they used the "no waste" clause as a basis for foreclosure?  They did it non-judicially?  Does the clause say "in the sole discretion of the lender" or something like that?

This is scary.

Members,

I have run into an old client who just got evicted under an unlawful detainer after a reverse mortgage foreclosure.  He was too embarrassed to talk about it but apparently when it went down he was in such disbelief that when the Sherriff removed him he finally became aware it was real.  LiveWell financial claimed the house was in disrepair and he refused to repair and so they went through the process.  The problem is that I have been to the home and there is nothing that even comes close to disrepair.  They told him he needed to paint the concrete foundation which has never been done in the past or even on my own home.  This case is sad and I would like to know if anyone else has had this happen to clients.
