Hello All,

Would appreciate any guidance on the following questions:

1. Do you keep copy of exhibits and witness list prepared if the matter is
settled prior to hearing or do you return all documents to client;
2. Do you give Client the documents received from DSHS marked as
confidential for purposes of hearing but the hearing is cancelled;
3. Do you keep a copy of all discovery received or return all discovery you
did not use  for exhibits; and
4. Does any one use an investigator for discovery purposes?  If yes, how
much do you pay hourly?
