[WSBARP] Chelan County Attorney referral

Client owns 3 lots (2 vacant) in the Kahler Glen Community near Lake Wenatchee.  The HOA is charging her more in monthly assessments and special assessments than she believes they should. Such as for $2,400 per lot for domestic water system assessment.  HOA is foreclosing on their Lien in Chelan Superior Court.  Any recommendations?
