[WSBARP] Residential Appraiser

[Craig Blackmon]

Listmates, I am looking for a simple appraisal of two unit house (with MIL)
on Capitol Hill to determine FMV for purposes of a sale within the family.
I am embarrassed to say I don't have an appraiser in my rolodex. Any
referrals are appreciated, thanks in advance.
