Request for handy man who is not licensed contractor could be a problem – the definition of a contractor in rcw 18.27.020(1)(a) likely includes a handy person.

I am in need of a handyman to do minor repair work at rental houses in Tacoma area.  A licensed contractor is not needed.  Also, need someone to do yard work (mowing, trimming).
