[WSBARP] Referal L.A. area investigator to find Defendant

I have a client HMO whose member has failed to pay assessments for a couple of years.  Superior Court action filed to foreclose Liens .  Tried to serve summons and complaint at last known address.  no luck.  Have tried internet searches, again no luck.
Anyone know of a investigator or private detective we can hire to try and find Defendant in L A Area?
