I respectfully disagree with Geoff. I think your question is properly placed in our list serve. It is exactly what is intended by this community of lawyers with common interests. Just how is this different than referring an appraiser, one would ask. It is a very real issue in the probate of estates that are “burdened” with residential rental real estate.
