Subject: [WSBARP] referral to Pierce County land use attorney

City of Puyallup Planning Commission is recommending a variance to PC's abutting neighbor which will devalue PC's property because of the Apartment house development that will be going in next door. I would like to refer PC to an attorney who is familiar with local land use procedures to possibly challenge the variance.  Any recommendations?
