[WSBARP] Quitclaim to LLC question

Under WAC 458-61A-211(1), transferring a property to an LLC is exempt
from excise tax as a mere change of identity. For the quitclaim deed
recitation of consideration, is it sufficient to state something like
"for and in consideration of mere change of identity under WAC
458-61A-211(1) [...]?"

I saw a recorded quitclaim under similar circumstances state "in
consideration of zero dollars and zero cents ($0.00) mere change of
identity, WAC 458-61A-211(1)."

Is one preferable over the other?

Thanks!
Anthony
