WSBARP,

I spent part of my Memorial Day reading through Ewa Davidson's *Enjoys Long
Walks on the Beach: Washington's Public Trust Doctrine and the Right of
Pedestrian Passage over Private Tidelands, *81 Wash. L. Rev. 813 (2006) and
searching through the case record for any follow-up in the last decade but
have not been able to identify any Washington decisions discussing the
public trust doctrine & pedestrian access to unsubmerged tidelands. Did I
manage to miss an important ruling or has anything developed in the last
decade that might significantly impact Davidson's analysis?

Best,
