[WSBARP] likely referral - medicaid, inheritance, trust

Got a call from a PC who has received significant treatment through
medicaid in the last 7 years and will likely need further medicaid
assistance in the future; he lives on SSDI.

He is due to receive an inheritance $20-40k from the death of his mother
soon and asked about whether it is possible to set up a trust to receive
the inheritance and avoid the possibility of losing eligibility for
medicaid or facing the prospect of having medicaid seek to reimburse itself
from his inheritance.

I know medicaid stuff is fairly particular so if anyone is interested in
speaking with this gentleman, I'm happy to pass on his information.
