[WSBARP] Housemate notice provision

I have a client who will be renting out a room in his house and I'm
thinking on the most reliable method for notices under the lease given that
the house has one mailbox.

Does anyone have thoughts on the advisability of having client landlord get
a PO box for delivery of notices due to frequent travel by each and
different schedules making hand-delivery difficult at times?

Thanks
