Yes. Thank you.  I received your email this morning (Outlook says at 8:57 am
) with your attachment for the first time.  I sent out my email saying
"anybody" yesterday afternoon (Outlook says at 4:18 pm).  

 

Maybe the emails crossed in the ether?   Emails are screwy.  When I send out
a email blast to all of my mountain bike friends at the same time, some are
delivered instantly and some are delivered hours later.

Anyone willing to share an interpleader form to help me avoid re-inventing
the wheel?  Typical situation (though new to me).  I'm working with seller
of real property.  Buyer breaches contract.  Escrow company interpleads the
earnest money with King County Superior Court.  I need to answer saying the
money belongs to seller because buyer breached the contract by failing to
close.  Standard CBA P & S agreement.   Thanks for your assistance.
