[WSBARP] leased forest land ppty sale

Hi All,

PC found redfin listing for property in Lewis County bordering Mt. Rainier Natl Park.  Listing appears to be on leased forest service land.

I don’t know how those sales work?  So Buyer does not get fee simple title but only assignment of the lease (for 99 years or whatever; lease apparently from the 60s)?

Any insight or pitfalls?  Or a few minutes to discuss with me?
