Yes an agreed order would be just fine, particularly if I'm the lawyer for tenant trying to repair his record.

Subject: [WSBARP] Post Eviction Agreement to accept rent

Tenant was evicted, judgment for about $3k. Before the Writ of Restitution was fully enforced, tenant reached an agreement with Landlord to pay all back rent and current rent in order to stay at the apartment. The eviction and Judgment were not mentioned. What is the best vehicle to set aside the eviction and judgment?

Stipulated Order to Vacate the Eviction and Judgment? (assuming the other lawyer is agreeable?

Other wise Motion and Order to do the same? Thank you UD guru's.
