[WSBARP] Reverse Mortgage

Listmates:

Represent PR for the estate of her father. Father had reverse mortgage on his house, no one else owned house except for deceased father. House is flipped in amount owed v. value of selling.

Reverse mortgage requested a deed in lieu of foreclosure. Is there any problems with PR agreeing to the deed in lieu of foreclosure?
