[WSBARP] Gig Harbor area atty for HOA dispute

An escrow client has a dispute with an HOA and is looking for local representation.  Our firm cannot handle and still remain a 'neutral party' in any eventual sale so we are out.  Party is looking for an attorney experienced in dealing with HOAs.  I will pass names along.
