Client is re-branding his company, and decided to change the name. Client
is filing the appropriate amendments with Secretary of State. No
shareholders or ownership percentages are changing.
The company owns some real property. Once the name change goes through,
what's the best instrument to record the name change with the county
records? A deed does not seem correct, because the re-titling is not an
actual conveyance.
Thanks for your input!
Best Regards,
