[WSBARP] General Power of Attorney Form

Does anyone have a general power of attorney template they can share,
preferably in Word.  I have clients going overseas who want their daughter
to be able to purchase a house on their behalf when something suitable comes
along.

 

Don't need any health care related stuff and to the extent it matters,
they're foreign nationals and will execute the POA while in the US.
