[WSBARP] Real property lawyer in Port Orchard

I have a client who is selling residential property in Port Orchard.  The parties have struck a deal, and need to document the transaction (basic purchase agreement, Form 17 disclosure, etc.) and perhaps assist with ordering title insurance, escrow.  The sale is "as is / where is" and there are no brokers/agents involved.

The client asked me to see if I can find a referral for a local attorney who can assist him with this.  If possible, he hopes to find someone who can provide these services for a fixed fee, or at least someone who can provide a quote for how much it will cost.

Any referral suggestions?
