[WSBARP] HOAA and the Halme v. Walsh

Do you believe that case requires that the organization must require every property owner in subdivision pay dues to be a HOA?
Do you believe that if the organization has a social function among its general power in Articles of Incorporation that it is not a HOA?
Can the organization be a Non profit corporation, a 501c7 and a HOAA?
