[WSBARP] Referral for medicaid

[Anthony Gibbs]

I'm looking to refer a PC asking for assistance signing up for Medicaid. He
is elderly and was recently admitted to hospital in Kirkland, says his
coverage ran out a short while ago and was told he needs to re-apply before
he can be moved from the hospital to long-term care.
