[WSBARP] Back Child Support Payment from Trust

All, 

 

I recently been reviewing cases and RCW about child support payments of a beneficiary when executed in the form of a lien or judgment against trust principal or income when vested by such beneficiary. 

 

What has others done in this situation with a sizeable back child support payment requested for payment by the beneficiary? Wait for an order?
