I represent many associations - condos and planned developments.

I have always declined to represent management companies want to avoid even
the appearance of a conflict.

I have been contacted by a newly formed management company who is looking to
retain general counsel for general business work (presumably corporate
governance, transactional work - contracting with associations, perhaps some
employment work, etc.).

This potential client would prefer counsel who has some familiarity with the
condo and HOA industry.
