Good morning all.
Does anyone have a referral for a Landlord-Tenant action in Thurston County (Tenino area)? Eviction of a month-to-month (no lease, ever) tenant in a manufactured home on client's property that never pays rent.  Client's son is acting as POA and he lives in Seattle.  Self referrals always welcome.
