A client purchased a piece of vacant land in Pierce County at a county
foreclosure tax sale in June 2015. He has a County Treasurer's Deed. He
wishes to sell it quickly and doesn't want to take the time for a quiet
title action. I read the relevant statutes and pertinent sections in the
WSBA Real Property Deskbooks, but I still have a few questions. Please let
me know if you are able and willing to give me a few minutes and some
guidance.

Thank you.
