[WSBARP] OT: Referral for Day Care Provider

Licensed day care in my building is looking for an attorney who can
represent the day care because the  operators feel that they are being
unnecessarily harassed by the state inspectors over "nit-picky minor
details."  I have told them that they might have to travel to the greater
Seattle area in order to find the legal expertise.  Daycare is in Oak
Harbor.
