[WSBARP] March 31 Fire and Drought CLE

Hi folks,

KCBA's Environmental and Land Use Section is hosting a half-day CLE on March 31, 2016 titled Fire and Drought: Legal Implications for Washington State. The funds from the CLE will go towards supporting the Section's scholarship program and be used to support additional programming for KCBA and Section members.
