[WSBARP] Family Award

[Jayne Gilbert]

I have a family award. The PR per the Will is the decedent's sister who has
recorded a QCD on the property. The Bank should be foreclosing but isn't.
We've recorded the award. What should we do now? Is there anything we can
do? Do we have to wait for the bank to foreclose?
