[WSBARP] Making Real Estate Investments though Holdings or Funds

Hello Listmates—

I am currently preparing an article to be submitted to NWLawyer.   

Here is the topic (and approach) of the article:  A good number of out-of-state (and even foreign investors) these days want to purchase properties in the form of holdings and investment funds, sometimes among themselves and sometimes with local investors.  I tend to trust collective wisdom and would like to interview other real estate attorneys about what legal approaches are possible, what they recommend, and what they see as potential risks.  I also can mention some of the interviewed attorneys in the article.  

If you like to discuss the above topic or recommend someone who can do it, please let me know.
