[WSBARP] Seeking referral-

Colleagues:

I have a client with contiguous parcels that are not buildable, attached to a third parcel that is.

He had 10 offers over 2 years be rescinded after buyer's inspection of the 3 lots to be purchased together- because of the two unbuildable lots.

Client then commissioned his own environmental, wetlands, soil stability and other engineering studies, and has confirmed cost prohibitive to build.

Seeking attorney to assist with... what the heck to do with those two unbuildable lots?
