Marc I am handling a road dispute on Vashon right now that involves surveyors because of bad/old legal descriptions.  I have a great surveyor to use as well as an expert. Would be happy to help the client. -Greg

Need a referral for homeowners on Vashon who have a dispute with their association and/or adjoining property owners as to recreational tract.  I've heard legal descriptions in Vashon haven't always been the picture of clarity so someone with local experience may be particularly helpful.
