Just curious, how many counties require that every deed be approved by the County Assessor's office before you can pay the excise tax to record a deed?

How many counties have the employees of the Treasurer's office remove the staple from a certified document that is multiple pages while submitting the Real Estate Excise Tax Affidavit?
