I know someone who is being sued civilly along with her daughter, some of her daughters’ classmates and their parents, and the school district for damages resulting from alleged bullying and battery. The case was just filed in King County Superior Court (Kent). If anyone has any interest in defending such a case or can make a referral, please contact me offline.
