Another Registration Option for the December 16th Real Property Probate and Trust Section Seminar!!

For those who cannot attend the full day seminar we have opened up a morning only registration option.  RPPT Section Members receive a discounted tuition rate of $134.00 and New Lawyers who have been admitted to practice for less than five years also get a discounted tuition rate of $134.00 for the AM program (a mentorship lunch is also included for New Lawyers only).

Practicing real property law is not just negotiating contracts and writing documents. There is a significant ethical component to the practice of real property law, especially when it crosses over into another legal discipline. This morning program offers attendees the opportunity to learn more about the Distressed Home Conveyance Act, the crossover of Family Law and Real Property Law and some of the challenges associated with Real Property Law and Marijuana.

Also included in this seminar is an opportunity exclusive to new lawyers! The RPPT Section is hosting a valuable mentoring opportunity for those attorneys who have been practicing for fewer than 5 years. The Section is offering new attorneys the opportunity to attend a mentorship luncheon connecting you to experienced law practitioners in the field. Lunch is included in the NLE pricing and will provide new lawyers an opportunity to ask questions, discuss challenges and learn tips from seasoned attorneys. If you have been practicing for fewer than five years, please register with the NLE pricing to be included in this opportunity.
