[WSBARP] Valuation of Condo Parking Space

Working on a case where determination of fair market value of a condo
parking space may be needed.

 

Any thoughts on an appraiser who may have some experience in a rather
limited/narrow appraisal project [or a real estate agent with sufficient
background to provide a market analysis]?
