[WSBARP] Referral Needed for Washington Estate Tax CPA

Hello listmates:

Happy snow day!

We need a referral to a CPA who has experience with Washington Estate tax issues and returns.

Here is the scenario at issue.  Husband and Wife are non-residents.  Husband died.  At time of death "they" owned Washington real property:  an apartment complex and a house which is used by the apartment manager.  The house is titled in the name of a Family Living Trust.  The apartment complex was titled in the name of a dissolved Washington LLC (which cannot be reinstated).  The sole member of the dissolved Washington LLC is a Family Limited Partnership (general partner is a Family Management Trust which holds a 1% interest and H & W are limited partners - each holding a 49.5% interest).  The Family Limited Partnership is inactive but can be reinstated.  Upon husband's death, his interest in the Family Limited Partnership will be transferred to the Family Living Trust per his Will.  The value of the Washington real estate is about $2.5 million, with overall estate value of about $4 million.

Probate will be out of state, but we would like to find a CPA to assist with any Washington estate tax issues.  Any referrals would be appreciated.
