What if any is liability of Plaintiff to purchaser at Sheriffs sale if any if a portion of the underlying judgment is vacated as to a secured creditor so that the purchaser at the sheriffs sale still has good title as it relates to the original owner but it is now subject to a deed of trust held by a lender that was originally thought to be foreclosed out. Sheriffs deed has been issued there was no right of redemption as property has been abandoned by the judgment debtor. Thanks for your input
