Plaintiff sues corporation who 2 months before the April 2016 trial says it's not defending the lawsuit anymore and folding its business.  Plaintiff gets default judgment including findings of fact itemizing deception and CPA violations.  Plaintiff now looks to the corporate officers who were responsible.  However, the misdeeds were committed back in 2011 and 2012 and the 3 year SOL has run.  Is there a NEW SOL based upon the corp. going under or obtaining a judgment against the corp?
