[WSBARP] homestead exemption

PC has federal tax liens against her name which have appeared against the title of her property that is for sale.  She wants to take a homestead so that she can at least get $125,000 out of the sale.  This is not something I have done.  Anyone else interested in representing this nice lady in King County.
