Subject: [WSBARP] nontestamentary post-death stream of payments

Client wants to give $100,000 to a handicapped friend in the form of
$1000/month payments. During client's lifetime, she can set up automatic
payments out of her account. But how could it be set up so the payments
continue if she should die before the $100k is gone? She doesn't have
anyone to serve as trustee. The amount is too small for a bank trust dept.
to serve. She doesn't want to put the money in a P.O.D. account because he
doesn't trust the giftee with a lump sum. Is there some nontestamentary way
to continue the stream of payments post-death?
