[WSBARP] Purchase and Sale Agreement

There is no LPO form for a PSA.  The best forms are prepared by NWMLS.  They are great and can be filled in online – except not by us lowly lawyers, you must be a realtor.  But NWMLS is kind enough to allow us lawyers to purchase up to two hard copies of any of their forms every month.
