[WSBARP] Off Topic Referral Needed

Listmates,

 

I need to find an attorney who can advise regarding the purchase of a
business in the entertainment field (studio making props primarily for TV
shows and secondarily for theater).  The business is located in Brooklyn,
NY, but the advice needed at this point is likely not location-sensitive, so
an attorney in the Seattle area would be best.  Experience with the
entertainment field is more important.  Any and all suggestions will be
