Patrick Vail does this.  He was in Everett for ten years, is now in Seattle,
but goes to Snoco Superior Court all the time.

I'm looking for a referral to someone in Snohomish County who can assist a
gentleman seeking to recover excess funds from a foreclosure sale. The
trustee has deposited them with the court and no opposition is expected.
