[WSBARP] PC needs help Island County

Esteemed Counsel,

  I just spoke with PC who is very low income and homebound.  Her "friends"
pushed her to sign a deed over to them that left her a life estate.  The
underlying contract charges her for their helping her so that each month
she owes them more than the amount of the contracted amount she is to
receive from them.  Sounds like a VAPA action.  I have not received a copy
of the contract or the deeds but will order the deeds from Island County in
the morning. Is anyone in Island county or Snohomish County able to help?
She is able to pay a little. She is not able to leave her home to meet due
to no transportation. Are there resources in Island County I may recommend
to her?  Thanks in advance.
