Subject: [WSBARP] Railroad Right of Way

Does anyone have experience with purchasing railroad right of way/ taking title to property from a railroad (i.e. BNSF)? BNSF is willing to convey property via Quit Claim (for consideration), but title companies don't appear willing to touch railroad right of way.
