[WSBARP] Judgment Creditor Bidding Judgment Amount At Sheriff Sale of Real Property

Like a bank bidding in the secured debt amount at a deed of trust or
mortgage foreclosure sale, can a judgment creditor bid in its judgment
amount as consideration for purchasing a judgment debtor's real property at
a sheriff's sale?   RCW 6.21.110(2) seems to imply it can:   "The judgment
creditor or successful purchaser at the sheriff's sale is entitled to an
order confirming the sale . . ."
