[WSBARP] REETA Exemption

I have a rather common situation where a Lender is QCing the asset to the Servicer.  For the life of me on lack of sleep and not enough coffee I cannot find the exemption although excise says there is one - without being willing/able to tell me which one it is.  I am familiar with Assignment of Indebtedness but that is for the reverse situation where post foreclosure the property is going from the servicer to the Lender.  Can someone assist this currently addled mind?
